The problem was not the judge or jury.it was the lawyers. They did not bring the right cause of action. The complaint was deficient. It is all in the wording. The officers violating established law, under color of law. They did not have a warrant. There was no probable cause. There was no breach of the peace by Kenneth Chamberlain, Sr. and they did not have his consent.
Mr. Chamberlain had a reasonable expectation that the state official would abide by their oath of office.
Mr. Chamberlain unalienable, inherent, natural rights is secured and protected by the Constitution of the United States, particularly the 4th Amendment.
I can go on and on. However, the lawyers blew it, either from ignorance or ???
A man’s home is sacrosanct.
Strength and honor!
