Peekskill Mayor Rainey Announces He’s Running For Re-Election on PBP Radio

Peekskill's Youngest Mayor Andre Rainey Officially Announced He will Be Running For Re-Election in 2019, on People Before Politics Radio Show

Andre Rainey walked out of Peekskill City Hall for the last time as Mayor and now eyes 95th District NYS Assembly seat [Black Westchester]

Peekskill Mayor Andre Rainey officially announced that he is in fact running for re-election in the 2019 Mayoral Race, when he appeared on People Before Politics Radio Show’s 199th Episode, Sunday January 20th. (see video below)

Andre K. Rainey – who celebrated his 35th birthday in December and is affectionately known to many as “Noodle Noo” – was sworn-in as the youngest Mayor in Peekskill history at a ceremony at Peekskill’s City Hall, Jan. 1, 2018, making history again.

Rainey elected the youngest City Councilman in the City of Peekskill in 2015 is made history again as the youngest Mayor of the city at the age of 33.  Vanessa Agudelo at the age of 25 has now broken Rainey record as the youngest City Council in the city of Peekskill.

The Mayor of the City of Peekskill serves two-year terms.
