In the day and age in which we live, there are many names that you hear that are familiar to you. it doesn’t matter who you are and what you do. They can be famous or have gained some national attention in one way or another why their name is known. Some people want to be around those who’s names are well known, because in turn they feel like that their connection to them will make them well known. Although people may be well known, and may feel like they have some power that goes along with their name, there is no power that can compare to the name of the Lord.
The Scripture reminds us, “The name of the Lord is a strong tower: the righteous run into it, and is safe.
I encourage you today-before you call on any other name to call on the name of the Lord. When you call on the name of the Lord, He will be there for you. You do not have to worry if He is too busy to come and see about you, because the Lord is always there for you. The name of the Lord is a strong tower, and at just the mention of His name you will have protection from the things that try to come against you. Just at the mention of His name, things will even begin to feel like they are getting better.
Just as the mention of the name of the Lord, you can find safety and shelter from the stormy blast of life. When life takes you through its ups and downs, remember to call on the name of the Lord for it is there you can find peace in the midst of what you may be going through. Trust the Lord to see and guide you through every aspect of your life. No matter the time of day or night, you can call on the name of the Lord and He will answer you, and give you just what you need.
I am so grateful that I know that there is power in the name of the Lord, and when I call His name, He answers me, and protects me from all things. Since the name of the Lord is my strong tower, I have no doubt, “It’s My Year To Get My Thing From My God!”
