Project Summary
YMCA of Yonkers, located in Yonkers, New York in partnership with the City of Yonkers is seeking a private partner to provide a customized Winnebego Adventurer 35ft recreational vehicle for the Peace Mobile program. The YMCA will provide services in the city of Yonkers via a specialized recreational vehicle (Peace Mobile) which will canvass the community; mediate conflicts and de-escalate violence, and help community members mitigate stress and the effects of trauma.
YMCA of Yonkers will stipulate certain requirements, outlined in this RFP for the project. The total project cost may not exceed $250,000.00. The project must be complete by May 31, 2023 unless otherwise agreed upon by the YMCA of Yonkers.

Scope of Work
The selected respondent worker must:
Provide a customized Winnebego Adventurer 35ft recreational vehicle for the Peace Mobile program.
Respondent must submit 1 copy of their proposal by e-mail.
All bids must be submitted no later than 5 pm on Friday, April 28, 2023 to:

All bids must be received and clearly marked as “Peace Mobile”.
To be assured of consideration, Proposals must be received by the YMCA of Yonkers no later than 5pm on Friday, April 28, 2023. Respondents may submit Proposals at any time prior to the above stated deadline. Failure to submit the email by this deadline may be cause for disqualification from the RFP process. The original documents must bear the original signature of an authorized corporate agent on all documents requiring a signature.
The successful bidder will be required to enter into an agreement with the YMCA of Yonkers . The YMCA of Yonkers has the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
