Pogue, pastor of Greater Centennial African Methodist Episcopal Church, located at 114 West 4th Street in Mount Vernon breaks his silence. Pastor Pogue issued the following statement on the recent incident between Deputy Police Commissioner Joseph F. Spiezio III and Councilman André Wallace, last Saturday, which led to accusations of wrongdoing, homophobic slurs, and a vow to to physically beat up the councilman.
