The “honors” and titles lauded upon Richard St. Paul on this page are patently hollow and meaningless. “Top 10%” of WHAT? “Top tier” in what way, and who is behind such a claim??? He has proven, time after time, that he is nothing more than an attention-seeking, self-serving buffoon. He is an exceptionally poor representative to the people on whose behalf he claims to speak. And his obvious lack of comprehensive understanding of ANY topic is only outdone by his egregious lack of concern of ANY topic that does not personally serve his agenda in some way.
