NR Mayor Noam Bramson’s State of the City Address: March 20, City Hall
New Rochelle – Mayor Noam Bramson will deliver his annual State of the City address on Wednesday, March 20 at New Rochelle City Hall, located at 515 North Avenue.

The State Of The City will begin at 6:00 PM with a Taste of New Rochelle networking reception in the Rotunda, followed by the speech at 7:30 PM in Council Chambers. The event is free and open to the public. All are welcome and seating is limited, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Speaking to an overflow crowd at the 2018 State of the City Address, Mayor Bramson pledged to continue a comprehensive, community-wide focus on student safety, while also citing momentum on economic, environmental, and social priorities to affirm confidently that there has never been better cause for optimism and excitement about New Rochelle’s future
In a confident and upbeat 2016 State of the City Address to a packed house of public officials, business people, developers, community leaders, and interested residents, New Rochelle Mayor Noam Bramson pledged to implement the most ambitious downtown development plan in the entire Hudson Valley and to seize hold of tomorrow through city-wide infrastructure and environmental initiatives.
Mayor Bramson has served as the Mayor of New Rochelle since January 2006 and has been reelected three times by landslide margins, most recently in November 2015. Prior to becoming Mayor, Bramson served for ten years on the New Rochelle City Council. In 2013, Bramson won the Democratic nomination for Westchester County Executive, but lost the general election to Republican incumbent Rob Astorino.
