White Plains, NY– Nine long years after the calamitous shooting death by White Plains police officers of Kenneth Chamberlain Sr. – an elderly veteran who had accidentally activated his medical alert device – the Westchester Coalition for Police Reform (WCPR) will hold a vigil to mark the tragic loss of Mr. Chamberlain’s life and its unflagging demand for police accountability and reforms that ensure public safety.
