NEW PROCEDURE: MVDCC – Convention for Endorsements

When: Thursday, January 26, 7pm – 9pm

Description: In 2023 are elections for two (2) County Legislator seats, the office of Mayor, two (2) City Council seats and Mount Vernon City Court Judge.

The convention for the endorsements of the Mount Vernon Democratic City Committee will be held on Thursday, January 26, 2023

Please spread the word throughout the city. All potential candidates must be present at the convention, and each has the right to be nominated from the floor.

After the voting has concluded the slate will then be announced at the meeting. The petitions will be prepared, and your petition packages will be distributed at our February monthly meeting.
