White Plains/Greenburgh NAACP Inauguration of 2015-2016 Officers

Black Westchester's Pubisher Damon K. Jones Among Newly Sworn-In 2015-2016 NAACP Officers

December 15, 2014 [Greenburgh, NY] — The White Plains/Greenburgh branch of the NAACP held their inauguration of the new 2015-2016 officers, Monday night at their general membership meeting at the Greenburgh Town Hall, 177 Hillside Avenue. Most of the 2014-2015 officers returned to serve again and a few new Officers and Executive Committee Members were added included the co-founder and publisher of Black Westchester, Damon K. Jones.

Other business in the general membership meeting included the announcement of African-American Day a joint collaboration with the WP/GB NAACP and The Westchester Knicks which will take place Feb. 21st at The County Center, during a Westchester Knicks home game (we will have much more information on this as we get closer to the day).
