Melania Trump Plagiarizes a Section of Michelle Obama’s 2008 Convention Speech At 2016 RNC Convention

When we heard Mrs Trump utter the words, 'Your Word Is Your Bond' we knew something was up and remembered hearing these same words before

Cleveland, OH — Despite all the talk from Donald Trump and his camp about what a bad job President Barack Obama has done in his two terms in office, its seem the Trumps want everything the Obamas have. That included a section of Michelle Obama’s 2008 Democratic Convention Speech which she appears to have nearly copied a paragraph from during her speech Monday night at the 2016 Republican Convention held at the Quicken Loans Arena, home of 2016 NBA Champions, The Cleveland Cavaliers.

Presumptive GOP nominee Donald Trump’s wife highly anticipated speech was describing how her parents imparted on her values about working hard and treating people with respect. It included phrases and even precise words that were identical to the first lady’s 2008 address.

Here is a sample of the speech in question from Melania Trump’s speech:

“From a young age, my parents impressed on me the values that you work hard for what you want in life: that your word is your bond and you do what you say and keep your promise; that you treat people with respect. They taught and showed me values and morals in their daily life.”

Here is a brief sample from Obama’s 2008 speech.

“And Barack and I were raised with so many of the same values: that you work hard for what you want in life; that your word is your bond and you do what you say you’re going to do; that you treat people with dignity and respect, even if you don’t know them, and even if you don’t agree with them,” Michelle Obama said

After the similarities in Mrs. Trump’s speech to Mrs. Obama’s speech went viral across the internet, the Trump campaign quickly issued a statement…

Nice try BW give the Trump campaign an E for Effort and they say Hillary Clinton is a crook, she may her issues but at-least she didn’t get caught stealing her predecessors words, word for word on live TV.
