This year, the Mount Vernon NAACP will honor Westchester County Executive Ken Jenkins; Dr. Jamal Doggett – Mount Vernon City School District Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum, Instruction, and Administration; Joanne Dunn – Executive Director of the Youth Shelter Program of Westchester; Andrea Molina; Antoinette Cusato – City of Mount Vernon Director of Veterans’ Services; and Catherine Webb – paralibrarian at Mount Vernon Public Library, for their outstanding contributions and continued commitment to advancing justice, equality, education, and opportunity in our communities.
