Luke Cage, also known as Power Man, is a fictional superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Cage’s adventures were set in a grungier, more crime-dominated New York City than that inhabited by other Marvel superheroes of the time. The series was retitled Luke Cage, Power Man with issue #17. In the Nexflix action series, Luke Cage is played by Mike Colter.

In a Twitter message posted  Saturday, Netflix acknowledged it was aware of streaming issues and was working quickly to solve them.

Netflix users had begun complaining on Twitter that the site was down about a half-hour earlier.

Shortly before 6 p.m. EDT, Netflix tweeted that not all superheroes wear capes, adding, “Engineers to the rescue. We’re back.”
