Lead by Example & Reverse the Trend Inc. is a non for profit, insured, self-improvement mentoring program that prepares young people for adulthood with redirection and empowerment, enhancing young people’s communication and social skills. We assist young people to become positive, assertive adults by attaining a better sense of self and an awareness of their potential. The program encourages young participants to develop greater self-worth, increase self-esteem, create and maintain healthy, supportive, respectful relationships with their families and their communities.
