Organizations urges their Communities to get out the Vote for April 24, Special Election

NEW ROCHELLE – With four days left until the special election, Shelley Mayer, the Democratic nominee for NYS Senate District 37 will add to her large support network in the race for NYS Senate District 37. On Friday, members of the Westchester Correction’s Association and Black Law Enforcement Association, Westchester Hispanic Officers Association, Yonkers Guardians Association Westchester Rockland Guardians Association, the National Latino Officers Association and the Grand Council of Guardians Association will endorse Shelley Mayer for NYS Senate District 37. The endorsement comes as the state’s Law Enforcement officers see the need for Democrats to remain in control of the state Senate to continue to fight for common sense criminal justice reforms, safety for public safety officers and the community they proudly serve.
