White Plains — The online world could not stop talking about San Francisco 49’er Quarterback Colin Kaepernick taking a knee and refusing to stand during the national anthem. When he was accused of insulting all the veterans who fought and died for the country by Donald Trump and others, Kaepernick stated he was taking this stance for veterans like Kenneth Chamberlain who was senselessly gunned down in his apartment by the White Plains Police Department after triggering his LifeAid medical alert necklace.

Kenneth Chamberlain Jr was moved that someone with a national spotlight would risk endorsement and money to stand up for his father and all the other black men who lost their lives at the hands of law enforcement in America. See video below to hear what he had to say about Colin Kaepernick.

BW Correspondent Frank ‘Sha’ Francois chops it up with Chamberlain Jr. about Colin Kaepernick after the press conference!
