Police Reform Activist Kenneth Chamberlain Jr. shares with Black Westchester via cell phone recorder video, about his encounter with Ruby Dee in the support of justice for the killing of his father Kenneth Chamberlain Sr.

For those who may not remember, police zapped the 68-year-old former Marine and correction officer with a stun gun, shot him with a beanbag gun and blasted him twice in the chest in the Winbrook Public Housing, in White Plains. The chronically ill Kenneth Chamberlain Sr. died at White Plains Hospital shortly after the early morning clash on Nov. 19, 2011. Months later District Attorney Janet DiFiore called the killing “a tragedy on many levels” but said the grand jury found no reasonable cause for an indictment.
