Former Navy Seal, professional wrestler, and governor of Minnesota, Jesse Ventura dropped by Business Insider to talk about his new book, “Jesse Ventura’s Marijuana Manifesto.”
While he was there, the legend was also asked his thought about San Francisco 49’ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick’s decision to protest, and it was a strong one, also one that may go contrary to most’s belief coming from a veteran.
Jesse ‘The Body’ Ventura quickly replied, “I salute Colin Kaepernick. I Served My Country So That You Have The Freedom To Protest!”
That throws a monkey wrench in Donald Trump’s latest rant that Kaepernick is disrespecting veterans, when someone like Ventura who has actually served in the military salutes and says Kaepernick has the right to protest!
