As we near Father’s Day, we spotlight a joint dedicated to all the real fathers out there by Yonkers lyricist, CR Breadwinner. You may remember the name from the Tri-State Jericko track we featured “Since You Been Away” we featured a few months ago.
There are always a plethora of songs dedicated to the real mother’s out there. But no one talks about the real fathers that hold it down. The media mainly reports on the baby daddies, deadbeat dads and those who fail to be a father to their child, but fails to show that there are a lot of good brothers out there. Black men that work more than one job and do whatever needs to be done to support their families and raise their children. This track is dedicated to all of you. BW salutes the real fathers!
