Coming back for a 2nd year is the “Fairview Greenburgh Farmers Market’!!!
“As MWBE Business & the Director of this market; it was IMPORTANT that I open this market in this part of Fairview Greenburgh in the heart of the community because I saw that there was not a Farmer’s Market as I saw in other surrounding towns cities & villages like Hartsdale, Tarrytown, Hastings New Rochelle White Plains Irvington Yonkers Chappaqua, etc.,” Colby Jenkins shared with Black Westchester. “Being a community activist, entrepreneur & chef, myself and understanding the IMPORTANCE of feeding others; food insecurity is prevalent in our communities and there needs to be EQUALITY in neighborhoods across Westchester County, which has one of the HIGHEST real estate brackets in the United States. Those of us who can need to make a difference in making sure that there is access to FRESH produce, dairy, etc. for moderate, marginalized & low-income residents in this County; especially in this part of Greenburgh.”
Come enjoy the local Westchester fresh and organic fruits and vegetables, entrepreneurs, vendors, and organizations.
Enjoy music, free hot dogs, hamburgers, and drinks on opening day.

Please share and support this grassroots effort for a healthier lifestyle with a beautiful new Farmer’s market.
Volunteers are welcome & Vendor applications can be found on our website at Greenburghfarmersmarket.org

“I just want us to have a beautiful market like everyone else does. We deserve it. Every effort I have brought forth in the town has to uplift, inspire, enhance, and bring exposure to Fairview,” Colby continued. “The other GREAT thing is that we are giving exposure to Entrepreneurs/small business owners that you would not normally hear about. These professional business owners offer QUALITY products, courtesy, and a commitment to the public and our community It is a WIN-WIN for EVERYONE!! We are partnering with organizations to help us with our goals and get the word out such as Wespac, Team Unity, Gywenwood, the Greenbrugh Library, and others. I’m just excited to see this community effort up and running because team work makes the dream work and I have a great team that loves to be of service to help and serve the community.”
