Early Voting Starts Saturday

Early Voting Information for the November 8, 2022, General Election

It’s that time of the year again, Early Voting for the November 8, 2022 General Election. Early Voting is a nine-day period that runs from Saturday, October 29th to Sunday, November 6th.  Westchester County registered voters are eligible to cast an early voting ballot. Registered voters will be able to cast their ballot at any of the 23 designated early voting locations listed below.

  • Saturday, Oct. 29, 2022 from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.
  • Sunday, Oct. 30, 2022 from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.
  • Monday, Oct. 31, 2022 from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.
  • Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2022 from noon until 8 p.m.
  • Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2022 from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.
  • Thursday, Nov. 3, 2022 from noon until 8 p.m.
  • Friday, Nov. 4, 2022 from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.
  • Saturday, Nov. 5, 2022 from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.
  • Sunday, Nov. 6, 2022 from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.

Please note that due to a recent change in law, NYS voters are no longer permitted to cast a ballot on a voting machine if they have requested to vote by Absentee Ballot. Voters who have requested to vote by Absentee Ballot can still vote in-person using an affidavit ballot.

Absentee ballot
Yes, if you are out of your home county, or if you live in New York City, are outside of the five boroughs, or if you are permanently or temporarily disabled, ill or are the primary care giver for one or more people who are ill or physically disabled, or a resident of a Veterans Hospital, or detained in jail awaiting Grand Jury action or incarcerated for an offense other than a felony you may apply for an absentee ballot.

Also due to the COVID pandemic, you can use Temporary Illness as a reason to apply for an absentee ballot.
