Mount Vernon — Dr. Robert Baskerville discussed his disapproval on some of the appointments of the new Thomas administration during the January 13th City Council Meeting.
Speaking from the perspective of a major contributor of Richard Thomas’ 2015 Mayoral Campaign, Dr. Baskerville while still a supporter of Thomas, spoke up at the recent city council meeting because he felt he could not remain silent about some of Mayor Thomas’ appointments.
