In light of the Ferguson shooting, Black Westchester Magazine is reminded of the many cases of Police Criminality here in Westchester County. We have our own Ferguson’s here in Westchester. We have also been notified that the Department of Justice is actively on the ground in Yonkers looking for complaints from people who have been violated.
The department of Justice is now taking complaint from residents in Yonkers and other cities in Westchester on all cases of Police Misconduct. If you or your family member have been victims of police misconduct in Westchester County. You can fill out the Dept. of Justice Complaint Form and email it to DOJ investigators (email address on the form).
If were a victim of Police Brutality and you feel you was unjustly prosecuted by the Westchester County District Attorney Janet Difiore you can also file complaint against her office.

To the Internal Affairs division,
Please accept this as an official complaint against the following Westchester County Police Agency and officers.
The New Castle Police have knowingly and maliciously been involved in a harassment scheme which continues.
In 2010 I was beaten by at least six officers whose names I list below. This beating was caught on videotape.
These officers include :
Sargent James Dumser Badge # 164
Sargent Ernesto Giraldez Badge # 144
Sargent Robert Chiappone Badge #147
Detective Daniel Corrado Badge #136
Lieutenant Daniel Canon Badge #112 (Retired)
Lieutenant Marc Simmons Badge # (Retired)
The above officers beat me, harassed me, stole money from me and intentionally falsified documentation.
These officers lied in their own sworn statements. I have documentation to support this.
These officers came to my home on various occasion, trespassing, breaking into my private residence and stealing.
Several other officers have been involved in this harassment scheme including Officers Wilson and Hansen also members of the New Castle Police Department.
I tried to previously file a complaint but, I received continuing threats and the harassment to me escalated.
I ask that you contact me by e-mail and that you disclose any information regarding disciplinary measures taken.
I ask that you keep this as confidential as possible.
