Judge Susan Cacace orders City of Mount Vernon to issue Cupcake Cutie Boutique certificate of Tenancy
White Plains: Attorney Lauren Raysor went before Judge Cacace seeking permanent certificate of tenancy for Cupcake Cutie Boutique today.
The City of Mount Vernon couldn’t not explain why they have ordered the cupcake shop unsafe and and dangerous. Attorney Raysor submitted all paperwork along with proof that the city had received the architecture layout.
Judge Cacace ordered the city of Mount Vernon to issue a temporary certificate of tenancy until Jan 10, 2019, must inspect the shop if Necessary and issue a permanent certificate of tenancy by Jan 10, 2019. If the city refuses to follow her orders then Commissioner Dan Jones must come before the court and explain why he fail to do so.
“This is a win for Cupcake Cutie Boutique and a win for other business of Mount Vernon,” Damon Jones shared.
