Chamberlain v. City of White Plains Notice of Court Conference
Could Chamberlain Finally Get The Justice He Has Been Seeking For The Past Five Years?
White Plains — A bench ruling will be issued by the Honorable Cathy Seibel, United States Department of Justice at the Charles L. Brieant United States Courthouse (300 Quarrapas Street, White Plains) Courtroom 621 on Monday, September 12th at 3:45 P.M., in the death of Kenneth Chamberlain Sr.
This Status Conference and what that means is this is a pretrial meeting of attorneys before a judge to inform all parties as to how the case is proceeding. It can be anything from settlement, negotiations, probable length of trial, and other matters relevant to moving the case toward trial.
After five long years Kenneth Chamberlain Jr., may finally get or at-least much closer to the justice, he has been seeking since the killing of his father by the White Plains Police, who were called to the scene for a medical call. Instead of assisting and check to make sure Chamberlain Sr was safe, the actions of the WPPD led to his death.
