CeFaan Kim Moves To WABC Eyewitness News

Cefaan Kim & AJ WoodsonBlack Westchester would like to congratulate News Reporter Cefaan Kim on his move to WABC Eyewitness News this month.

Kim was the General Assignment News Reporters from October 2012- August 2015 for News 12 Westchester, covering Westchester, Rockland, Orange, and Putnam Counties in the 4:30 P.M., 5 P.M., 6 P.M., 8 P.M., and 10 P.M. newscasts. While at News 12 he covered the 2014 N.Y. State Gubernatorial Race, and the 2013 Westchester County Executive Race. Before his move to Eyewitness News Kim closely covered the highly publicized and sometimes heated, 2015 Mount Vernon Mayoral Race

From 2005-2012 Kim could be seen on NY1 News. he held the position of Associate Producer – Politics (“Inside City Hall”) until 2008 with field assignments that included 2008 Presidential Campaign Trail (Iowa, New Hampshire and Pennsylvania), 2005 Mayoral NYC Campaign (Puerto Rico), Washington, D.C. and Albany on regular basis. In 2008
he became the General Assignment News Reporter, covering the 5 boroughs with a focus on Queens County.

One of the first reports we saw was CeFaan Kim reporting live from Midtown Manhattan on Tennis Star James Blake calling for cop who tackled him to be fired
