Black Westchester Presents Policing The Black Community Part Two – Friday, May 22nd at 11AM

A conversation with an All-Star panel of Criminal Justice professionals discussing law enforcement from the Black Point Of View

Jones (Publisher of Black Westchester and President of Blacks In Law Enforcement of America – BLEA) and AJ Woodson (Author, Activist, and Editor-In-Chief of Black Westchester), hosted a special edition of The Black Westchester Power Hour Radio Show, entitled POLICING THE BLACK COMMUNITY – HOW DO WE STOP POLICE BRUTALITY IN THE BLACK COMMUNITY?, Friday, May 8th at 11am.

Friday, May 22nd at 11 AM, we return with the next installment of this powerful conversation series, BLACK WESTCHESTER PRESENTS POLICING THE BLACK COMMUNITY PART TWO.

Part One consisted of an All-Star panel of Criminal Justice professionals consisted Capt. Dennis Muhammad – Founder of the PeacekeepersKenneth Chamberlain Jr. – Co-Founder of the Westchester Coalition For Police Reform (WCPR), Sonia Wiggins Pruitt – President of the National Black Police Association (NBPA). Ronald Hampton of The National Association Of Blacks In Criminal Justice (NABCJ)Jonathan Newton, social justice advocate, author, Attorney At Law and founder of the National Associations Against Police Brutality and businessman Alan Glover. if you missed it, here is the video.

Much like first one, Part Two will also include an All-Star panel of Criminal Justice professionals including Charles Billups – President of the Grand Council of Guardians, Preston Gilstrap – Former President of National Black Police Association, Civil Rights Attorney Mayo Bartlett, Anthony Mitchell – Retired Detective Sergeant and Former Mount Vernon Police Deputy Commissioner and Former Buffalo Police Officer Cariol Holloman- Horne who was terminated for trying to stop a fellow officer from choking a handcuffed suspect.
