Mount Vernon – While little information is known about the incident as of yet, Black Westchester has been informed that there was a shooting on South Fifth Avenue near Dyre Avenue at approximately 6pm, Friday afternoon.
Police are looking for a male on an electric bike wearing a black t-shirt, last seen heading southbound on 5th Avenue in Mount Vernon, with an orange backpack with a lion on it.
Police are currently searching for suspect involving the shooting.
