Black Law Enforcement speaks on Racial Bias & Excessive Force in Law Enforcement

Amid police shootings, massive protests and grand jury decisions, Americans are asking themselves some hard questions about justice and law enforcement: Are some police officers guilty of racial bias, and are others even qualified to serve? Do some prosecutors serve the public, or protect the police? And, are there some unresolved issues between the races that are driving the current civil disobedience? BLEA Ron Hampton speaks on the issues.
